Cash for Images

Our winner in August for the theme "Reflections" was Ed Mestre for his image "Two Cool Dudes".

As the winner, Ed picks the theme for our September competition, which is "Portrait".

What we do

We meet twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 7:30pm at 2441 San Jose Avenue, Alameda, CA, in the meeting hall of the First Christian Church at the corner of San Jose Avenue and Park Avenue.  (Click here for a map).

Second Tuesdays are competition meeting, where digital images are critiqued by an outside judge.  Winning images in competitions are then entered into a regional competition where they are judged against the work of other clubs who are part of the Northern California Council of Camera Clubs.  Competitions are in five categories: Pictorial, Creative, Journalism, Nature, and Travel.

Visitors are always welcome at all meetings.
